I only do advanced support. You can get basic support free at www.robotill.com. A support session can be remote support or investigating/fixing a problem with your database.
When initiating a new remote support session or addressing a new query (e.g., database fix), the payment covers the first 15 minutes or any portion thereof, regardless of how quickly the issue is resolved. The initial payment is required upfront, whether or not the problem is ultimately resolved.
If the fix or remote session exceeds 15 minutes, each additional 15-minute increment (or part thereof) will be billed at the specified rate. Additional time will only be charged if the problem is successfully resolved or if the installation is completed successfully.
